Zilog Z8000   (1979)

Address: 24

Data: 16

Tech Manual Combine registers to operate as 32-bit or 64-bit for math. 8MB max memory. Not Z80 compatible.
Zilog Z800 (1985)

Address: 24

Data: 8/16

16MB MMU. Poor initial support because of big brother Z8000. Became the Z280 in 1986. Calculation of exact execution times was much harder to do on the Z800 than for the Z80.
Zilog Z80000   (late 1985)

Address: 32

Data: 8/16/32

Tech Manual Instruction pipeline, cache, 4GB RAM, competed with incompatible Intel 80386. Compact (64KB), Segmented 16MB) and Linear (4GB) modes.
Zilog Z280 (early 1986)

Address: 32

Data: 8/16/32

Tech Manual Renamed from the Z800. 16MB MMU. Multitasking and multiprocessor features. Four different address spaces. Multiplexed address and data buses - ugh.
